We want you to be fully satisfied with your ISAMAYA purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or swatched cosmetics cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original ISAMAYA box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
